Stephen + Jake - Wedding Photography and Wedding Videography

MediaSmith LLC was proud to do the wedding photography and wedding videography for our close friends, Jake and Stephan. 

The wedding was originally supposed to be outside, but due to light showers that day, we were asked to move inside a room inside the hotel.

While rain would usually put a damper on the entire day, it was quite soothing especially at the end of the night when we could hear the light sound of rain hitting the glass on the doors.

The venue itself was fantastic.

It was so immense that my team and I had gotten lost and didn't know where to go to meet everyone.

We certainly look forward to being back to the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa located in Tucson, AZ. 

James Reams and The Barnstormers - Concert Photography and Concert Videography

MediaSmith LLC had the privilege of doing concert photography and videography for James Reams & The Barnstormers.

Our day started at 12:00pm.

James Reams and his driver, Scott, picked me up at my house and we were on our way.

It normally takes about two hours to get from Phoenix to Tucson, but since the Vail Theater of the Arts is farther south than the city, it took us about two hours and a half to get to the venue.

Setup was solemn. 

Once the audio and lighting team set everything up, we went about our merry way and started to plan how we would capture the entire performance.

James Reams & The Barnstormers played for nearly two hours (with an intermission). 

After their performance was done, we packed up and drove straight back home to Phoenix. 

It was a twelve hour day, but at least it was in the tail-end of October and the weather was cool! 

No complaining from us! 

It was a fantastic shoot and I look forward to being back to the Vail Theater of Arts sometime soon.
