When we cover an event as press, we look to promote the organization or event to the fullest.

Starter Package
The Starter Package is excellent for those who need a specific moment happening at an event.
For example, if you're speaking at a conference or seminar and wish to get photos of your speech, you won't need to hire us for half a day or a full day.
This is just one example out of the many we've been approached with.
What is included in the Starter Package:
Event is covered on an hourly basis
One Photographer
Event hours based on client discussion
Minimum digital delivery of high quality photos based on client discussion
Additional reedits are at the discretion of The Client and MediaSmith
This rate is not prorated meaning that a second hour of coverage will be billed the full $150, the third hour of coverage will be billed the full $150, and so on and so forth.
Booking Fee - $100.00
Total Price (includes Booking Fee) - Dependent on hours of service $150 / hr
*For event photography within the Phoenix area - travel outside the Phoenix area will increase the price.

Comprehensive Package
Our Comprehensive Package is perfect for those who want high quality coverage of their events, but do not need us to cover the entire event.
The main difference between the Starter Package and the Comprehensive Package is the inclusion of a set amount of time (four hours) that MediaSmith will cover your event.
What is included in the Comprehensive Package:
Half Day Coverage - up to four hours of service
One Photographer
Minimum digital delivery of 100 high quality photos
Reedits are at the cost of The Client
Booking Fee - $99.95
Total Price (includes Booking Fee) - $499.95
*For event photography within the Phoenix area - travel outside the Phoenix area will increase the price.

Complete Package
The Complete Package includes everything we think that should be in an event photography package.
The main differences among the Complete Package and the other two previous packages is the inclusion of full event day coverage and a highlight reel of the event.
Having both photography and videography at your event is crucial as it covers two different types of people to engage with: people who enjoy pictures and the people who are engaged by video.
What is included in the Complete Package:
Full Event Day Coverage
One Photographer
Minimum digital delivery of 200 high quality photos
1:00 - 3:00 (one minute to three minute) highlight reel of the event
Reedits are at the cost of The Client
Booking Fee - $195.00
Total Price (includes Booking Fee) - $995.00

We offer a free consultation for all potential clients.
Each event is different, but also inherently the same at the same time.
What’s important when trying to plan out your event in terms of photography is finding out the flow of the event and what key moments are absolutely essential to cover.
